Do I need to book a consultation before being serviced?
Consultations are not required but reccommended. Consultations are included with every service at the beginning of each appointment. I reccomend consultations be booked prior to any color or chemical services. Consultations are beneficial to find out any hair history and hair goals, as well as pricing and timing. Consultations can be in person or virtual.
How do I Book An appointment?
Appoinments can be booked directly from www.bettaspraydat.com . You can also find an direct link on @Bettaspraydat 's instagram profile.
How do a cancel or reschedule my appointment?
Please contact me directly via cell or email upto 24hours before scheduled appointment time. Appointments can be cancelled within 24hours of appointment with no fee. Appointments cancelled less than 24 hours are subject to 50% of service fee. No call /No show are subject to a 100% service fee and you will not be able to book again without leaving a deposit.
Can I bring extra guests to my appointment?
Space is limited & covid is still in effect, there are no extra guests allowed at this time.
Should I prep my hair prior to my appointment?
YES! Prepping your hair before your appointment saves on time & ensures that your appointment starts on time. Prepping hair includes detangling, combing twists out, shampooing any any product build up. If you are unsure contact BettaSpraydat in advance.
